Lodgement: Preparation of document required for Council (DA) submission. Preparation of documents required for Private Certifier (CDC) submission.

Basic Landscape Plan

Designing a new landscape on the pre-existing site plan. Details of new design concept will be outlined on this plan. No elevation drawing or new plant specifications will be included in this package.

A comprehensive plan of new landscape design. This package will include structural plan of swimming pool, retaining wall, carport, concrete driveway, pergola, gazebo and 2-3 elevations.
